GroupLion was started in 2009 by guys just like you, starting a job, buying a new home, raising a young family. We realized that the money in our pockets are not sufficient to purchase things of quality, style and peace of mind. We began with a small group of friends and then realized that the bigger the group, the better the deals. So we went to the Internet. By now, we organize millions of dollars purchases a year, saving our registered members hundreds of thousands dollars.
We typically initiate group purchases based on member’s requests and select the favored brands on member’s suggestions. After we gauge the member interests (number of potential purchases) and thorough investigation and comparison, we contact and negotiate with stores for the best deal. Hence, we listen attentively to all members in the group.
